How It Works

A working session, not a sales call.

For qualified companies: up to five 30-minute conversations, under a mutual NDA, at no charge. You start where you see the opportunity. We bring the structure. You walk away with a clear picture of what is worth building and in what order.

Whether or not you build it with us.

The Logic

Why this structure.

Most owners know there is something worth doing. They do not know exactly what, in what order, or what it is actually worth. The conversation is designed to produce that clarity, not to sell a project before the work is scoped.

Sequential conversations, each earning the next, keep the time focused. We only go as deep as there is real ground to cover. If the first conversation reveals a clean, specific problem with a known solution, that may be all we need. If the situation is complex, we go deeper.

The NDA is a normal first step when the conversation covers the actual operation of a real business. It protects both sides.

And the value you walk away with, the clear picture of what is worth building, belongs to you. The conversations make the "what" and the "why now" visible. The build itself, the "how," is the engagement. That line keeps the value of the conversation high and keeps the free discussion from becoming a build spec someone takes elsewhere.

How It Works

From first booking to clear picture.

1

You book the first conversation

Thirty minutes. No prep required. You pick a time that works.

2

We start where you see opportunity

The conversation is owner-led. You describe where you see friction, waste, or opportunity. We bring the structure and the questions that turn a hunch into something concrete.

3

We sign a mutual NDA

A standard first step. It protects both sides and signals that the conversation is substantive. We cover your business in real detail, so this matters.

4

The first conversation earns the next

We do not book all five up front. Each conversation goes as deep as there is something real to go after. If the first one surfaces something worth pursuing, we schedule the next. If not, we have been honest with each other about it.

5

You walk away with a clear picture

Whether or not you build with us. By the end of the conversations, you know what is worth building, in what order, and roughly what each is worth. That clarity is yours regardless of what you decide next.

What Gets Discussed

The business, not the technology.

Technology is the last thing we talk about. The conversations are about your business: where the money is, where it is leaking, and where the real opportunity is sitting.

Book the first one
  • The business: how it makes money, where the margin is, what the bottlenecks are
  • The stakeholders: who is involved in the decisions and who is affected by them
  • The workflows: what actually happens versus what the process says should happen
  • The data: what you have, where it lives, and whether it tells you what you need to know
  • The opportunity: where the real value is, what it would take to capture it, and what it is worth
What You Walk Away With

Clarity, not a pitch deck.

By the end of the conversations, you have a clear, prioritized picture of what is worth building and in what order. Not a list of tools, not a proposal. A real answer to the question: where is the highest-value opportunity in my business, and what would it take to capture it?

That answer is yours. If you decide to build it with us, the conversation becomes the early Bedrock and Blueprint for the engagement. If you take it elsewhere, or build it yourself, it is still useful. That is the point of making the conversations genuinely valuable.
